Delivery is so quick an easy and Jorge (I believe that was the name of the person who handled my delivery) was so cheerful and kind. Wow! The best service ever! The tree is beautiful, the delivery man brought it into the apartment, with stand attached, filled the stand with water and explained about care. And when there was a problem with the building checking the COI he waited for it to be sorted out with a happy smile. They filled it with water. What a great experience. Thanks. My building will mulch it but to know they do is great. Beautiful tree from North Carolina. It came with a skirt. EDIT: I have adjusted my review to 5 stars. When I reached out to the company about my tree, they arranged to have it swapped out within a couple of days for free. This company has a solid customer service team who is responsive and caring, so they deserve a good rating for that. A lot of other people I know mentioned this happened to their trees last year (tree purchased from other companies/sources), so I think it was just a bad year for trees. I recommend putting hot water in your tree stand one time right after it arrives to ensure sap doesn't harden over the bottom.
When my tree came on Nov 30, I was so impressed! It was the most beautiful tree I’ve ever had.
Fast forward to a couple weeks later — I had noticed it wasn’t needing much water refill, but didn’t think much about it. Now all of the branches are drooping downwards, the tree is probably half the diameter it was when it arrived.
I’m so sad. It’s days before Christmas and now I hate looking at my tree. It’s depressing.
When I wrote in, they replied that like people, some trees don’t drink as much water. They requested photos to forward to another team. I sent them in, and will update if I get a response.
Overall, it’s still a bit depressing to have to remove every ornament, lights and ribbons and re-put them up on a new tree. Especially since all the needles are super dry and will likely make a huge mess.
It seems likely that the tree was not put in water quickly enough after being cut, or just not cared for properly before it came to me. It’s just collapsing in front of my eyes while the tree stand has remained completely full of water for two weeks.
Thats not normal.

I was expecting to be disappointed since every year we have tried different tree delivery companies and we always ended up with small, twig-like trees that were dropping needles on the very first day. Today I get a text telling me my tree was on the way so I was mentally preparing myself for another sad-looking tree. I open the door and the delivery person plopped a big chonker of a tree in my living room! I ordered a five-footer but what we have measures a little over six feet, is freshly green, full and wide, and not a single needle on the ground. I am beyond satisfied with both the tree and the service.

Great communication from start to finish. Prompt email responses, a text when they’re on the way with a tracking link to see real-time truck location, and then a call on arrival. Delivery guys are so nice, timely, wore masks, and followed my request with zero problems. Ordered a 6’ tree (actual height is closer to 7’!) and it’s gorgeous. I got a tree from them last year, this year, and will again next year.
