I understand: Cancellations 48+ hrs in advance: full refund. 24–48 hrs: 75% refund. Less
than 24 hrs: 50% refund.
I understand: Reschedules must be made by 5pm the day before your appointment by
emailing decorations@nyctrees.com. Changes after that, or not being home during your
arrival window, will result in a $50 reschedule fee.
