🗓️ HOW IT WORKS

1. During checkout, select your tree delivery date and time.

2. After your purchase, you’ll receive a separate email from our Decorations & Lighting Team to schedule your lighting appointment.

3. All lighting appointments are booked at least 24 hours after your tree delivery to allow branches to settle properly.

🧹 REMOVAL REMINDER

If you purchase Tree Only Removal Services, please take off all ornaments and lights beforehand — unless you upgrade to our Tree + Decor Removal Service. For insurance reasons, we’re unable to install or remove personally-owned ornaments or lights.
