Our Decoration Team will schedule a separate appointment to light and decorate your tree at least 24 hours after tree delivery, allowing the branches time to settle.

If you purchase Tree Only Removal Services, please take off all ornaments and lights beforehand — unless you upgrade to our Tree + Decor Removal Service. For insurance reasons, we’re unable to install or remove personally-owned ornaments or lights.
